(i) Audited Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and twelve months period ended on 31st March 2020.
(ii) Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 31st March 2020.
(iii) Statement of Cash Flows for the half year ended 31st March 2020.
(iv) A copy of the Auditors Report on the aforesaid results issued by M/s. MKUK & Associates Statutory Auditors of the Company for the fourth quarter and twelve months period ended on 31st March 2020.
(v) Statement of impact on Audit Qualifications for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2020 along with management response for the same.
