1. The Appointment of M/s. Patawari & Associates Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial Auditor of the company to conduct secretarial audit work for the Financial Year 2019-2020.
2. The Removal of Ms. Nisha Munka Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial Auditor of the company to conduct secretarial audit work for the Financial Year 2019-2020 due to Non-availability by her and cannot provide secretarial report to the company within proper time.
3. The company does hereby make an application to the Registrar of Companies for extension of 3 months time for holding the Annual General Meeting for the period ended 31st march 2020 subject to such approvals and permissions of the appropriate authorities as may be necessary.
