The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday December 16 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the Allotment of 22 93 400 (Twenty-Two Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred) Equity Shares of Rupees 10 (Rupees Ten only) each issued at a premium of INR 110/- (Rupees One Hundred Ten Only) per share aggregating to Rs. 27 52 08 000 /- (Rupees Twenty-Seven Crore Fifty-Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Only).
