Tricom India: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.

Further For the said purpose as per the Companys internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Companys Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from August 11, 2016 till August 15, 2016.
