Elitecon International: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Read With Schedule III Of SEBI (Listing Obligation And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit disclosure regarding the fine imposed by BSE Limited on Elitecon International Limited (Company) for late submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31st 2025 within the period prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The Company shall make the payment of the fine within the timeline prescribed by the Stock Exchanges.
