NEL Holdings South: Announcement Under Regulation 30 - Receipt Of Order Disposing The Insolvency Proceedings

With reference to our earlier intimations we would like to inform that the insolvency proceeding initiated by JCF ARC was subsequently heard by NCLT Bengaluru Bench. NCLT Bengaluru Bench has passed an order disposing off the said insolvency proceedings and with this the application filed for initiation of CIRP under Section 7 of IBC is hereby dismissed.
