Excel Crop Care: Record Date - Disclosure Pursuant To Regulation 42 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today the Board has fixed Saturday 31st August 2019 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Company (other than SCIL) who shall be entitled to receive equity shares of SCIL as consideration pursuant to the Scheme. The Record Date has been fixed in consultation with SCIL.
