DC Infotech and Communication: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders designated persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect and from April 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31 2026.The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results to the stock exchanges.
