Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to the above referred SEBI circular we wish to state that for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022 the Company is not identified as a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria mentioned in Para 2.2 of the aforesaid circular. Accordingly the Company is not required to submit Annual Disclosure in format specified in the aforesaid circular.This is for your information and records.
