BITS: Resignation of Director

Bits Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Kapil Kumar dated June 27, 2013.

Mr. Kapil Kumar requested the Board to relieve him from the responsibilities of the director of the Company. The same has been placed before the Board in its meeting dated June, 27, 2013 for recording the same and the Board has approved and accepted the above said resignation.
