Rs. 3.60 per share on the pai-up equity share capital of the Company.The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of /embers and thebeneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and CentralDepository Services (India) Limited as on the Record Date ie. Friday the 29" July 2022 which has alreadybeen communicated to Exchanges by letter dated 13 July 2022.The date of payment of interim dividend will be Thursday 18" August 2022.
