Sim Prabha Estates & Trading Co.(P) Ltd having CIN: U70101MH1984PTC034405 dated 23rd March 2026 seeking reclassification of its status from the Promoter Group category to the Public category in terms of Regulation 31 A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
