With reference to our submission dated 29 August 2026 whereby the Company submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) we wish to inform you that an inadvertent omission has been noticed in the Statutory Auditors Report forming part of the Annual Report.The Annexure B to the Independent Auditors Report containing the Auditors Report on the adequacy of the internal financial controls with reference to financial statements was inadvertently omitted from the Annual Report submitted to the Stock Exchange.
