In continuation to our letter dated 13th April, 2018, and pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the ELCOT, Nominating authority has issued a Nomination stating that Mr. N. Srivathsa Desikan will be the Nominee Director in place of resigned Nominee Director Mr. K. Padmanaban.
The intimation is being filed not later than twenty four hours from the receipt of information from ELCOT (Nominating authority).
