Unifinz Capital India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve i) To Consider and evaluate and if thought fit to approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of rights issue preferential allotment qualified institutions placement private placement or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate by way of issue of one or more instruments comprising of equity shares convertible securities of any other description or warrants or debt securities in accordance with applicable law and subject to any regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required.ii) To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman and consent of majority of the Directors present at the meeting.
