We wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 231 000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 693 569 842 to 693 800 841 on 7th February 2020 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 6 938 008 410/- consisting of 693 800 841 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
