In compliance of the aforesaid circular and pursuant to Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors Promoters KMPs other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives from Saturday 01st March 2023 upto 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2023 are declared to the Stock Exchange and made public.The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2023 will be informed to the Exchange in due course
