Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015 and other applicable provisions we hereby inform you that Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited has entered into amended land lease agreements cum Memorandum of Understanding with its promoters and promoter entity.The amended has been executed for the purpose of the business expansion by incorporating additional permitted activities. As per the revised terms the leased land may now be utilised for resort development real estate development recreation and allied commercial purposes including infrastructure development utilities access roads and ancilliary facilities.All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement remain unchanged.
