Luminaire Technologies: Closure of Trading Window

Luminaire Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
