Zee Learn: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company which was closed from April 1 2020 continues to be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter of the Financial Year 2020-21 ending on September 30 2020 for all Designated Employees Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company till the second trading day after announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly all Designated Persons as per the Companys Insider Trading Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
