ANS Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 "Trading window" for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated person including their immediate relative shall remain closed from 01st Day April 2026 till the end of 48 hour after the declaration of unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter & year ended on 31.03.2026.
