Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations please note that based on the Scrutinizers Report dated March 28 2026 the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot (through remote e-voting) considered and approved:To increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequential Alteration in the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company via Ordinary Resolution.
