We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and their Immediate relatives from January 1 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2022.
