Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50 per share of Re. 1/- each (50%) for the year 2016-17.
The Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 11.45 a.m.
