The Company has appointed Mr. Rishabh Haran (ACS: 78284) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 11.11.2025 pursuant to Sec. 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Reg 6(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
