In continuation to Intimation dated July 28 2025 August 11 2025 and August 27 2025 the resignation of Mr. Chandan Kumar Bhardwaj CEO and Mr. Abhijeet Sharma CFO of the Company has came into effect from the closure of business hours on August 31 2025 and Mr. Anshu Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
