This is to confirm you that Borosil Limited (Company) is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the criteria given under the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/ 144 dated November 26 2018.

Since the Company was not falling under Large Corporate category as on March 31 2021 the requirement of filing the disclosures as mentioned in the said Circular are not applicable to our Company.
