Panasonic Appliances India Company: Closure of Trading Window

Panasonic Appliances India Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.

Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2015 to February 15, 2015.
