Sea TV Network: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we write to inform you that Mr. Harshit Jain Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated March 21 2026 with effect from the close of business on March 30 2026 due to personal reasons. He has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation.The company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during his tenure. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course
