VTX Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, for grant extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2014. The Registrar of Companies has accordingly granted the extension to the Company for holding the Annual General Meeting by three months.
The Company shall accordingly inform the date of Annual General Meeting to the Shareholders / Exchanges.
