VRL Logistics: Intimation Of Record Date Fixed For The Purpose Of Payment Of Interim Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board approved an interim dividend at Rs.5/- per equity share and fixed the Record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend as 13th February 2026. The Dividend payout date would be 26th February 2026.
