With referencet to the earlier letter dated March 31, 2016, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Adarsh Mercantile Ltd has now informed BSE that there is an error in reporting the appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance officer under provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to the provisions Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015. Therefore the Company further note that the name of the person appointed at the above mentioned post was wrongly mentioned as Ms. Sanu Agarwal instead of Mr. Sourabh Rungta.
