Sundaram Finance: Board recommends Final Dividend

Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26 2025 inter alia has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 21/- per share (210%) for the financial year ended March 31 2025 on the paidup capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This together with the interim dividend of Rs. 14/- per share (140%) paid on February 24 2025 will make a total dividend of Rs. 35/- per share (350%) for the financial year ended March 31 2025.
