Excel Crop Care: Disclosure Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench has on June 27 2019 orally approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation for merger by absorption of ECC with SCIL under Sections 230 to 232 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013 (the Scheme).

Certified copy of the Order approving the Scheme is awaited. The Scheme shall become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
