Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06 2021 to inter alia

1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31 2021.

2. Recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31 2021 if any on the equity shares of the Company.
