we write to inform that the Share Allotment Committee have at their meeting held on 7th March 2022 agreed to allot 44 02 826 ( Forty Four Lakhs Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- ( Rupees Twenty Four only) per share alongwith 44 11 764 convertible warrants Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- ( Rupees Twenty Four only) per warrant fully convertible into equity shares ( pursuant to approval accorded by the Board of Directors and members ).
