SRS Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for adoption of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 will be held on February 14, 2015.
Further, as per the Company?s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading [framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992], as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company?s Shares will remain closed with effect from February 04, 2015 and will reopen 24 hours after the results are made public.
Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company?s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
