We wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 590 000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 691 087 281 to 691 677 280 on 30th May 2019 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6 916 772 800/- consisting of 691 677 280 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
