SKF India (Industrial): Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI LODR we wish to inform you that based on recommendation of the NRC the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 03 2026 has considered and approved appointment of Ms. Poorva Bang as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in pursuance to provisions of Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 read with rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014 and other applicable provisions w.e.f February 03 2026.
