Rishiroop: Board Meeting on Feb 09, 2016

Rishiroop Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia :

1. To consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2015,

2. Reappointment of Mr. Aditya Arvind Kapoor as Managing Director of the Company,

3. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association of the Company, as per Table F of Schedule I to the Companies Act, 2013.

Further, in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed for all designated employees, including the Directors of the Company, from February 05, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
