In terms of SEBI(Clause 4(2) of the Schedule B of Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended we have to inform you that the trading Window for dealings in listed Securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.10.2026 for Directors/Designated Persons and their imediate relatives of the Company till expiry of 48 hrs after declaration of Un-audited financial results by the Company for the quarter ended 30.09.2026
