Postal Ballot Notice for Buyback along with other documents as required has been sent to Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on June 1, 2018 (Cut-off date) on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. The Company has sought approval of the members for the Buyback of equity shares, as set out in the said notice by way of Special Resolution. The Company has engaged the services of M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The voting through Postal Ballot and through e-voting has commenced from today i.e. Thursday, June 7, 2018 (9:00 a.m.) and shall end on Friday, July 6, 2018 (5:00 p.m.)
A newspaper advertisement confirming dispatch of Postal Ballot notice and other mandatory documents on June 6, 2018 has been published today (i.e. June 7, 2018) in the newspapers as follows:

2)In Divya Bhaskar - Ahmedabad edition - in Gujarati (Registered Office of the Company being situated in Ahmedabad)
