IIFL Capital Services: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 10 2026 has inter-alia approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- for the Financial year 2025-26.
