Syrma SGS Technology: Closure of Trading Window

The Trading window for trading in securities of the Company by all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 01 2026 and shall reopen after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31 2025.
