* Take a Note on Limited Review report for the Quarter ended 301h June 2020 Enclosed as Annexure-2
*Approved Notice of the 30th Annual General Meeting and Directors Report along with Annexures.
*30th Annual General Meeting of the Company is schedule be held on Wednesday 30th September 2020.The Register of Members will be closed from Thursday 24th September 2020 to
Wednesday 30th September 2020 (both day inclusive) in connection with the ensuing AGM to be held on 30th September 2020.
> Appointed Mr.Jineshwar Kumar Sankhala Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting e-voting process for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
