Mr. K S. Sripathi, I.A.S.(Retd.,) has joined our board with effect from 11th September, 2018 as an Independent & Non-executive Director. A Brief Profile of Mr. K S Sripathi is enclosed for your information and records.

Consequent to the induction of Mr. K S Sripathi the strength of Independent Directors on our Board, has become more than 30% of Independent Directors on Board - 3 out of 8 Directors and the current List of Directors as at 11th September, 2018 is enclosed for your reference and records.
