We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 12th March 2021 inter-alia to consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2020-21. The Company has fixed Saturday 20th March 2021 as the Record Date" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2020-21 if declared by the Board.
