This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their adjourned meeting held today i.e. Tuesday February 11 2020 have appointed Mr. Arun Jindal (DIN - 00121523) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive non-independent) with effect from February 11 2020.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the details of the aforesaid appointment are attached.
