Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Regulation 41(4) of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 we submit Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended on December 31 2025 in relation to utilization of the proceeds raised through issuance of equity shares by way of the Initial Public Offer of the Company.
