Ion Exchange (India): Board Meeting Outcome for Meeting Held On January 29 2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Thursday January 29 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 and reconstitution of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. A copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results together with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31 2025 are enclosed herewith.
